What are your wax melts and candles made from?
Our wax melts are made from soy wax and fragrance oils blended together. Soy wax is beneficial in many ways in comparison to paraffin wax, it is cleaner burnings, less likely to trigger allergies, a lower melting point to paraffin wax, most people find the scent lasts longer too! Sometimes you may find that soy wax has some white 'frosting' on the wax, this is common in soy wax, especially once colour is added. This doesn't affect the quality of the product.
How do I use wax melts?
Break off a couple of squares and pop into your wax melt melter/burner, be careful not to over fill, add a little at a time if unsure. We have been made aware many customers will use wax melts in oil burners, and we do not recommend this at all. Use only in tea light wax melt burners and electric wax melt burners, please check the packaging of your melter if unsure. Our wax melts can be re melted a few times before the scent fades.
When will I expect my order?
We despatch orders Monday-Friday via Royal Mail, we aim to despatch the same day if ordered before noon, but please allow 1-2 days to despatch in busier periods. All orders are sent via 1st class postage, and commonly arrive the next day, Royal Mail advises 1-3 working days.
How come I'm paying more/less postage compared to the last time I ordered?
To make our postage prices competitive, we have calculated the weight of each individual order. Typically, most stores will charge a flat rate, even if your order is small, we offer postage from as little as £2 and up to £3.50 for larger orders. It's particularly ideal for those who want to try a few sampler sized wax melt bars but don't want to pay high postage costs for it! We also offer free shipping on all orders £20 and above!
