It's taken nearly 5 long years but the United Kingdom is now out of the EU and with this comes a lot of changes to what we are used to, most of which affect things outside of our business operations, however, there are some critical changes for customers who are based in EU countries.

Simply put, shopping for goods from the UK is now like shopping from any other none EU country

Placing an order will be exactly the same, but you may see some price hikes on delivery throughout this year to your country. Once you have placed an order we will be required to affix a customs declaration (CN22 or CN23) to your parcel. This is where things change for you. Once the parcel reaches your country it will likely incur VAT, Customs and handling charges and will not be released to you until these funds are paid. We cannot tell you how much you will have to pay or which fees you will have to pay as these differ country to country. When your parcel is cleared it will be delivered as normal. Delivery times to the EU may be slower due to this process.

We will still use a tracked method of shipping so you can follow your parcels journey.

Please note if you choose not to pay your customs charges your order should be returned to us. Items returned to us can be refunded but minus the value of the shipping and a 20% restocking admin fee. If the item should be destroyed by customers for any reason we are unable to refund your order.
