Our aim is to dispatch orders within 48hours after your order has been placed, Monday-Friday, although we often dispatch the same day if the order was placed before noon. Busier period may see a slightly longer dispatch time. Any faulty or damaged products should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product via email, with an image.
