RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
RETURNS | If you wish to return a parcel or item to us please notify us via email before doing so, so that we can provide assistance and be made aware of the return. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Return costs are payable by the customer unless the item has been requested for return due to fault or damage. All returned items MUST be in new, unused condition, unless requested due to fault or damage. We advise using tracked shipping to return items to us, as we cannot refund any items that have not been received if the parcel is lost.
Once a return is received we will inspect the items and issue a refund. Please note that all refunds for returns will minus the original postage cost and a 20% restocking fee to cover admin.
We CANNOT accept returns after 30 days from the point of sale or on sale items. Returns made without our knowledge may not be valid.
Clearance items are none returnable.
REFUNDS | If an item arrives damaged or faulty we are able to offer a full refund or exchange (more on exchanges below). Any damages or faults MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery, we cannot accept any claims after this time has passed. Usually an image or video is fine to show damage or fault but in some rare occasions where the issue isn't obvious we may request the item to be sent back to us. This cost is covered by us once the item is proven to be faulty. We cannot issue refunds for items that have been damaged due to improper use or accidental breakage.
Depending on payment method refunds can take between 1 to 10 working days to arrive in your bank.
EXCHANGES | For damaged and faulty items we can offer an exchange to be sent out to you, as long as a replacement is in stock. A refund will be given if we are unable to replace the item. In some rare cases we may request an item back to inspect before exchanging an item. Please email us at email@example.com to notify us of an exchange request.
MISSING/INCORRECT PRODUCTS | On rare occasions we may miss an item or pack an incorrect one. When an item is missed we will offer a gift card towards your next order to a value higher than the item missed, where an incorrect item has been included we will allow you to keep the item and offer a gift card to the value of the correct product. Please ensure all missing or incorrect item claims are made within 48 hours. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
