We are starting 2021 with a bang. Back in October we secured a lease on a commercial property and we've been eagerly counting down the days, we are almost there. Our new 2000 square foot warehouse will be the base of many improvements to our business this year.
We have already hired our first employee who is set to start as soon as we move into our new premises, with plans to hire again in the near future. With more hands on deck we will rapidly improve our business practises from ensuring stock is always on the shelves to making sure your orders are dispatched quickly and safely.
Our new unit brings plenty of space for us to hold more stock overall and to pour more scents in a single day. This will improve our production process for our signature and seasonal ranges and will play a massive part in the growth of our business.
We will be taking you through our moving process on our social media channels at the end of this month, we'll drop a few emails along the way as well. We just can't wait for you to see behind the scenes.
Whilst things are exciting and massive improvements are on the way, inevitably there will be some disruption to dispatching orders and restocking around the time of our move. We don't expect it to last long but it may add a few days on to the time it takes us to dispatch orders as we await our Royal Mail collection team switch over, internet installation and just to get stock back on the shelves from moving.
Our official date for moving 25th Jan but this may be earlier. We'll keep everyone up to date on the move date so we can let you know of any disruption to services.
Overall we are so so excited to get moved in and start a new and busy year with a new team and improved business business practises
